Failed videos

The credit for a failed render returns to your balance automatically. Nothing to ask for.

Email us within 14 days of purchase for a refund of unused credits.

A finished video is a delivered service. If the result is clearly wrong (wrong faces, broken cut), tell us and we add a credit for a retake.
